Exclusive Contingency Recruitment

Our consultant’s source and screen qualified candidates to find you the best match, provide you a shortlist, set up interviews and video conferencing with the candidates for you, and will also hold a wrap up call to debrief on the process and assist you with your decision making process. If one of the qualified candidates is hired, a placement fee is collected that is based on a percentage of the new hire’s agreed first year’s salary.

Retained Search

We are able to provide a confidential retained search service. We will provide full market mapping, detailed interview notes and final presentation where we will support you in making the critical final decision on your C-Suite hires. You will need to pay 30% of the projected fee on engagement, 30% on acceptance of a suitable short list and the remaining balance is due when the successful hire starts with your business.
